We have been informed that updates made within the RepZio app are not transmitting back to the admin portal.
At this time, any changes to an existing customer profile should be made within the admin portal. Please contact your brand admin to make the necessary changes.
Keeping customer records accurate and up to date is essential for smooth business operations. Once you have logged into the RepZio App and selected your manufacturer, you can then select a client to work with in the app.
Note: Browsing products can be done without first selecting a client. Tap Browse on the manufacturers home page. Please also note that item pricing while in Browse, will be displayed at $0.00 unless you first select a price level. To select a price level, tap the gear symbol in the upper right corner and then select the appropriate price level.
๐ Search for a Client
There are multiple ways to find the client in the app: client's name, city, postal code, state or customer number. Simply tap between these search options by using the buttons located directly below the search field.
In addition to the search field, you can use the side scroll on the right hand side of the screen to scroll up and down.
If the client you are looking for does not appear in the list of existing clients, it may not be assigned to you. Contact your brand admin for assistance.
โ Add Client
To add a client, tap the Add Clients+ button .
Enter as much information on the Add Client page as possible.
๐น Note: Some brands may not allow sales reps to create new clients. Additionally, some brands may also require specific information be included when you are adding a client.
If you are having difficulty adding a client, reach out to your brand admin.
At a minimum, we recommend entering the following:
- Company Name
- First Name/Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
โ๏ธ Edit Client
To edit a client profile in the RepZio App, open the customer profile screen by tapping on the client icon and make your edits in the Edit Client pop-up window.
Select Save Changes
If you need to make an edit to a client's profile while at checkout, tap the pencil icon next to Bill To or Ship To โ .
Ensure that you Save Changes to Order or Save Changes to Order and Client before submitting the order.
โ Add a Ship-To Address from an Open Order
Step 1
From the Order Preview screen, tap the โ๏ธ pencil icon in the Ship-To box
Step 2
Enter the Ship-To details (name, address, etc.)
Step 3
Save your changes:
Save Changes to Order โ applies only to this order.
Save Changes to Order and Client โ updates both the order and the client profile.
๐ก Tip: You can also tap the โ๏ธ gear icon and select Edit Client from the dropdown to update the main shipping address.
๐น Note: This updates the primary shipping addressโnot an individual Ship-To location.

Search for the client within RepZio

Enter the shipping details and tap Save Changes

Q. Why donโt I see my updated address in the app?
A. After logging out and back in, if edits still donโt appear, contact your brandโs admin to update the address on the backend.
Q. Can I delete a Ship-To address?
A. No, you will need to contact your brand admin to make the change in the admin portal.
Q. Will changing the main shipping address affect past orders?
A. No, previous orders keep their original shipping information.
