Clients are assigned to you by a brand admin on the backend. From time to time these may change due to various reasons such as: territory realignment, customer balance, etc.
If you log into the RepZio App and do not see all clients assigned to you that should be, complete the following:
- Check with your brand admin to ensure the customers are still assigned to you
- Check your internet connection and then,
- Log out + in to re-sync
- Perform a refresh data

Check Internet Connection π
- Make sure the iPad has a stable connection
- π Open Safari and try accessing a website to confirm.
π Step 2
Perform a Data Sync
- Log out of the RepZio app
- Log into the RepZio app

Wait for the sync to complete on the screen with the list of manufacturers
- Once complete, you should see aΒ Last Sync message with the date and time
- If you have multiple manufacturers, the Last Sync message with date and time will appear just below the manufacturer's logo
- Once complete, you should see aΒ Last Sync message with the date and time
- Then, select your manufacturer
βοΈ Also confirm the following:
- Your manufacturer has assigned clients to your rep number or placed you in Showroom Mode
- The Show All Clients toggle is enabled

Refresh Data (if clients are still missing)
- Ensure you're connected to a strong wifi network
- On the main screen (after selecting your manufacturer), tap the gear icon βοΈ in the top-right corner
- Tap Refresh Data > Tap OK to begin
- Log back in and wait for the Data Sync to complete
π Step 4
Still Missing Clients?
If the above steps donβt work, a full uninstall and reinstall of the app may be required. However, we recommend only doing a full reinstall on a strong and stable wifi connection. Prior to reinstalling, we highly recommend logging out + in to or performing a refresh data.
π Before you begin:
- Be sure to email any unsubmitted orders to yourselfβthey will be erased during reinstall and must be re-entered.
- Disable iCloud backup for RepZio

After reinstalling, log back in and wait for the sync to complete. Your customers should reappear.
