Apps may be reinstalled for a variety of reasons—most commonly to give the app another try, access specific content, fix bugs, or recover from accidental deletion. Other reasons include switching devices, freeing up storage, or resolving app conflicts. Sometimes, iOS will also offload unused apps automatically, which can prompt a reinstall.
⚠️ Important: If you're reinstalling the RepZio iOS App, we strongly recommend disabling iCloud Backup. Keeping it active can cause syncing issues, crashes, or the restoration of corrupted data. Also, any unsubmitted orders will be permanently deleted when the app is removed—so be sure to submit or email them beforehand!
✅ Before You Begin
If you're planning to switch devices or reinstall the RepZio iOS app, there are a few important things to keep in mind:
-

Orders that haven’t been submitted will not transfer to a new device and will be permanently deleted when the app is removed. To avoid losing these orders, either submit them in the app before deleting or email yourself copies so you can re-enter them later. -
📌 Custom Settings
Any bookmarks, tags, or other customisations made within the RepZio iOS app will be deleted when the app is removed and will not transfer to a new device. -
☁️ iCloud Backup
Be sure to disable iCloud Backup before deleting the RepZio app and again after reinstalling. Leaving it enabled may cause delays or issues with the app’s performance. -
🔐 Login Credentials

Q: What happens if I don’t disable iCloud backup?
A: You may experience syncing issues, app crashes, or find that problems persist even after reinstalling. That’s because iCloud might restore the same corrupted data during reinstallation.
