Order history is important! If you're unable to view it, there are usually two common reasons why:
🔐 Customer Not Assigned to You
Admins assign customers to specific reps in the backend. If you can't see a customer or their orders, it may be due to one of the following:
✅ You're not assigned to the customer.
✅ You're assigned, but someone else submitted the orders.
In short:
-
🧍 You will ONLY see a customer if they are assigned to you.
-
📄 You will ONLY see that customer's order history if you submitted the orders.
🏢 Admin or Showroom Mode (If Applicable)
Some brands enable special viewing modes:
-
👨💼 Admin Mode: You can see all customers and all order history.
-
🏬 Showroom Mode: You can see all customers, but only the orders you submitted.
🔍 How do you know if you're in Admin or Showroom Mode?
There’s no in-app indicator. The only real way to know is by confirming which customers are truly assigned to you.
🛑 Note: RepZio Support cannot manage client assignments. Please contact your brand's admin for assistance.
🌐 Poor or Failed Sync
A weak or unstable internet connection can prevent proper data syncing.
✅ To check for connectivity:
-
Open Chrome (or Safari) on the iPad and confirm you can access websites.
-
If you can, proceed to log out and log back into the RepZio app to re-sync.
-
Wait for the app to display "Last sync" with the current day/time.
-
Tap the Clients button. If nothing shows:
-
Go back to the manufacturer's home page.
-
Tap Clients again.
-
🛠️ Check For Order History
After reinstalling the app, you may see a Check For Order History button.
-
Select a client and scroll down to the Orders section
- If the button is available, tap to sync
⚠️ Important: You can only use this button once every 24 hours per client. This button will disappear after use and only reappear if you uninstall/reinstall again.

❓FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. Why can’t I see a customer’s order history?
A. There are two likely reasons:
-
The customer is not assigned to you, and reps can only view customers assigned to them.
-
The orders were submitted by a different rep, and you can only view orders that you personally submitted.
The only exceptions are if your account is in Admin or Showroom Mode (see below).
Q. What’s the difference between Admin Mode and Showroom Mode?
A. These are special permissions your brand can assign to your account:
-
Admin Mode gives you access to all customers and all orders, regardless of who submitted them.
-
Showroom Mode allows you to view all customers, but only the orders that you submitted.
Keep in mind: There's no in-app indicator to confirm these modes. You’ll only know by comparing what you can see to the customers you’re assigned.
Q. Is there a way to know which customers are assigned to me?
A. Not directly in the app. If you're unsure which customers are assigned to you, reach out to your brand’s admin. They can confirm or update assignments. RepZio Support does not have access to this information.
Q. I see the “Check For Order History” button—what does it do?
A. This button appears after reinstalling the app or clearing app data. It allows you to perform a one-time sync to retrieve order history for a customer.
-
After tapping it, the button disappears and won’t return unless you reinstall the app again.
-
You can only use it once every 24 hours per client.
Q. Why would a sync fail or not show orders?
A. Sync issues often occur due to poor internet connection. If your iPad was on weak or unstable WiFi when syncing, some data (like order history) might not load properly. Always ensure you’re connected to a strong, stable network before syncing or refreshing data.
Q. What should I do if I’ve tried everything and still can’t see orders?
A. Follow these steps:
-
Confirm you're on strong WiFi
-
Log out and log back in to trigger a sync
-
Tap the “Check For Order History” button if available
-
If still unresolved, perform a Refresh Data from the gear ⚙️ icon
-
If you're still missing information after those steps, contact your brand's admin to verify customer assignments and permissions.
