If a brand uses Send Files, a brand admin will upload them to the backend.
🔹 Note: Send Files are only available in the RepZio iOS App for iPad and iPhone.
📤 How to Send a File
Follow the steps below to email Send Files:

Log into the RepZio iOS App
Step 2
Tap the Send Files button on the brand's home screen
📱iPad only: You may also go to Clients > Orders > Send Files
. 🚫 This option is not available on iPhone—use the brand’s home screen instead.
Step 3
Locate the file(s) you want to email and tap to select

✅ You can select multiple files—even from different folders.

⚠️ Email file size limits may apply. If you’re sending many files, consider breaking them into multiple emails.

Tap Send Files button

Enter the following:

✉️ Recipient’s email address

📝 Subject line

💬 (Optional) Additional text in the body
➕ Tap the plus symbol to email multiple recipients.
☰ Tap the hamburger menu to insert frequently used email phrases.

Tap the Send File Arrow to send your email 🚀

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. Why are my emails not going through?
A. First, check that your email is set up correctly in your iOS device’s Settings. You may have been logged out and need to re-sign in to restore the connection.
Q. Can I use Gmail or Outlook to send files instead of the Apple Mail app?
A. Currently, only the native Apple Mail App is supported for sending files.
Q. Can I send multiple files in one email?
A. Yes! Just select multiple files. If the total size is too large, send them across multiple emails.
Q. Can I email files to more than one recipient?
A. Yes. Tap the ➕ symbol to add multiple recipients before sending.
Q. Why can’t I find a file that was uploaded?
A. Newly uploaded files can take 15 minutes to 1 hour to sync. Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, reach out to your brand admin.
Q. Why am I getting an error when opening a file?
A. This is often caused by special characters in the file name (like &, %, #, etc.). Contact your brand admin for a corrected file.
Q. I tapped ‘Send Files’ but nothing happens—what should I do?
A. Restart the app. Also ensure your device has a strong internet connection and your Mail app is properly set up.
Q. Can I send files through the web version of RepZio?
A. ❌ No. Send Files is only available in the iOS app (iPad and iPhone).
