Q. Can I use the same login across all platforms?
A. In most cases, yesโyou can use a single set of credentials to access various platforms. However, please note that systems managed by third-party vendors may require separate login information.
Q. What qualifies as a strong password?
A. A strong password helps keep your account secure and should include the following elements:
- โ A minimum of 8 characters
- ๐ข At least one numeric character
- ๐ At least one uppercase letter
- ๐ก At least one lowercase letter
- ๐ฅ At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

Q. Why canโt I see all settings in WebManager?
A. The settings youโre able to view and manage depend on your user permissions. Some administrative features are restricted to users with admin-level access. If you believe you need additional permissions, please reach out to your brandโs primary administrator.
Q. Who is authorised to submit orders in RepZio?
A. Only representatives with standard licenses can log into the RepZio iOS App. Admins may also submit orders directly within WebManager, as long as a standard license is active. Users with basic access can browse product catalogs in our Web App only and cannot place orders.
Q. What happens if there's an unusual sign-in to your account?
A. ANDMORE prioritises account security and works to prevent unauthorised access. We have enhanced our security measures to reduce scam or spam login attempts. You can also help keep your account secure by doing the following:
Create strong, unique passwords (and never share login credentials).
Stay alert for phishing or spam attempts.
Monitor your account activity, especially for unusual changes to product or customer data.
If you notice anything suspicious, contact our Support Team immediately. After a report is submitted, ANDMORE may take one or more of these actions:
Open an initial investigation
Place a temporary hold on the account (blocking login attempts for both admins and reps)
Partner with the Legal Department
Request or require verification of account ownership
Reinstate or permanently close the account
