Q. Can I use the same login across all platforms?
A. In most cases, yes—you can use a single set of credentials to access various platforms. However, please note that systems managed by third-party vendors may require separate login information.
Q. What qualifies as a strong password?
A. A strong password helps keep your account secure and should include the following elements:
- ✅ A minimum of 8 characters
- 🔢 At least one numeric character
- 🔠 At least one uppercase letter
- 🔡 At least one lowercase letter
- 💥 At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

Q. Why can’t I see all settings in WebManager?
A. The settings you’re able to view and manage depend on your user permissions. Some administrative features are restricted to users with admin-level access. If you believe you need additional permissions, please reach out to your brand’s primary administrator.
Q. Who is authorised to submit orders in RepZio?
A. Only representatives with standard licenses are able to submit orders within RepZio. Admins are also able to submit orders within WebManager directly when a standard license is active. Users with basic access can browse product catalogs but do not have the ability to place orders.
