WebManager is your central platform for managing user access and data across all systems. You can set up various access levels to control what users can view, edit, or manage.
π₯ Manage Access Levels
Follow these steps to assign or update access levels for existing users.
Step 1
Log into WebManager
β οΈ Important: A SuperAdmin must already be setup to create additional users. If you are unable to proceed, contact your brand's admin.
Step 2
Click Users
Step 3
Click View / Assign Access to add or remove access
Step 4
Select the appropriate access levels
β οΈ Important: At least one user must always have SuperAdmin access.
If SuperAdmin access is removed by mistake:
Stay on the page and reassign it to a user immediately
If you've already closed WebManager, contact ANDMORE Support
Step 5
Click Save Changes
β Add a New User
Follow these steps to create a new user in WebManager.
Step 1
Log into WebManager
Step 2
Click Users
Step 3
Enter the first name, last name, unique email address, and a password.
All fields are required
β οΈ Important: All fields are required. Do not use generic or easily guessed passwords. Passwords must include:
At least 8 characters
At least one number
At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

Click View / Assign Access
Step 5
Select the appropriate access levels
β οΈ Important: At least one user must always have SuperAdmin access. If all SuperAdmin access is removed by mistake, stay on the page and reassign it to a user. If you've already closed WebManager, contact ANDMORE Support.

Follow the steps below to delete a user within WebManager.

Click the trash can icon ποΈ next to the user you want to delete

Confirm deletion in the pop-up window by clicking Delete User NameΒ

Q. Can multiple users login with the same credentials?
A. For the security of your account, we strongly discourage multiple users logging with the same login credentials.Β
Q. Can I manage users via a template?
A. No, all user management must be managed directly within WebManager β Users.
Q. Why do I see a "user already exists" error when adding a user?
A. The email is likely in use for another brand. Each account must have a unique login.
Q. What if all users are accidentally deleted?
A. If you're still on the Users tab, add a SuperAdmin immediately. If locked out, contact Support for assistance.
Q. Can an admin's user email address be updated?
A. No, the admin must be deleted and re-added with the new email.
Q. My username is not an email address and I am unable to login or reset my password. How can I login with my login credentials?
A. Non-email address user names are no longer supported in the system. You will need to create a new user via WebManager β Users that include a full email address. Please also note, that at least one userΒ must have SuperAdmin access to manage the account.
Q. What should I do if I suspect unusual activity on my account?
A. ANDMORE prioritises account security and works to prevent unauthorised access. We have enhanced our security measures to reduce scam or spam login attempts. You should also do your part and help keep your account secure by doing the following:
Create strong, unique passwords (and never share login credentials).
Stay alert for phishing or spam attempts.
Monitor your account activity, especially for unusual changes to product or customer data.
If you notice anything suspicious, contact our Support Team immediately. After a report is submitted, ANDMORE may take one or more of these actions:
Open an initial investigation
Place a temporary hold on the account (blocking login attempts for both admins and reps)
Partner with the Legal Department
Request or require verification of account ownership
Reinstate or permanently close the account
