Any time you make a change to your data within WebManager—like updating prices, adding products, or removing sales reps—you’ll see the green “Push Data Live” button appear in the top left corner of the blue navigation menu.
Think of this as your publish button: once you're done editing, click it to send the updates to your sales reps’ devices.
📲 Reps will receive the updates after syncing their devices, which they can do by simply logging out of the RepZio App and logging back in.
🟢 Don’t See the Green “Push Data Live” Button?
No problem! You can still push data manually—even if the green button isn’t showing.
To do so:

Navigate to the bottom of the left-side menu.

Click the standard “Push Data Live” button located there.
âś… Reminder: The rep's device must be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular for the sync to occur successfully.
⚠️ Avoid This Common Mistake
Many new WebManager users think they need to push data live after every small change—like adding a single rep, updating a few prices, or adjusting categories.
This is not recommended.
Why? Every time you push data live, your sales reps have to sync to get the latest info. If they experience a bad sync (due to poor internet or interference), they might not be able to use the app effectively.
