Updating your pricing information is one of the most important tasks in WebManager—but the good news is, it’s quick and straightforward! Follow the steps below to update your pricing either by uploading a product file or by editing directly in WebManager.
🔢 Update Pricing via Import Products Template
Follow the steps below to upload a product file with updated pricing.
Log into WebManager
Click Manage Data
Click Upload Data Sheets

Select Products in the dropdown, then upload your file
👉 Use the Imports Product Template to make price changes.
A preview of your data will appear. If everything looks correct, click My Data Looks Good and Push Data Live when the button becomes illuminated.
🔹 Note: In the preview, only 9 rows will appear - this is by design as this is only a preview.
🔹 Note: If only making updates to price levels, you can remove all unnecessary or inapplicable columns on the template, with the except of the ItemID and IsDeleted columns (as well as any columns you are making edits to in the template).
✏️ Update Pricing Manually in WebManager
Follow the steps below to manually update pricing.
Log into WebManager
Click Products → Products Quick Edit
Locate the item you need to update and scroll to the appropriate price level columns
Edit the price listed
Click Save Changes
Click Push Data Live
⚠️ Important Note: Any open carts with items whose price has changed will keep the old price through checkout. To avoid issues, we recommend deleting any open carts containing products with updated prices.
💬 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. What happens if I forget to Push Data Live?
A. Your updated pricing will not appear on reps’ devices until you push the data live and the rep logs out + in to re-sync.
Q. Can I update other product details at the same time?
A. Yes, along with pricing, you can update product names, descriptions, and other details in the spreadsheet before uploading.
Q. What if I make a mistake in the spreadsheet?
A. If errors occur, you can re-upload your corrected file.
Q. How often can I update my pricing?
A. As often as you need—there’s no limit to how many times you can update and push data live.
Q. Do price changes affect orders already placed?
A. No, completed orders will keep the pricing from the time they were placed. Only new orders reflect the updated pricing.
🔹 Note: Pricing on open carts/unsubmitted orders will not update. Items/carts must be removed and re-entered to reflect the updated price.
