Q. Why am I not receiving any emails from RepZio, even after checking my spam folder?
A. It’s likely your email provider has blocked our messages. Follow the whitelisting instructions above and reach out to Support to confirm you're not on a suppression list.
Q. Can I just add your email addresses to my contacts instead of whitelisting?
A. Yes. While not as robust as whitelisting, adding our addresses to your contacts can improve delivery in many email clients.
Q. What should I do if I accidentally marked a RepZio email as spam?
A. Go to your spam folder, mark the email as "Not Spam," and follow the whitelisting steps. Then, contact Support so we can remove your address from our blocklist.
Q. Do I need to whitelist both email addresses and IP addresses?
A. Whitelisting the email addresses is the most important step. IP address whitelisting is optional and only available for some email systems.
Q. I followed all the steps, but I’m still not receiving emails. What now?
A. Please contact Support. We’ll check if your email is on our suppression list and can manually remove it if needed.
Q. My emails won’t send on my iPad. What can I do?
A. Make sure you’re signed into your iPad with your Apple ID, and double-check that your email account is properly set up in the device's Mail settings.
