The Customer Template (ImportCustomerTemplate.xls
) is used to load your customers into WebManager. Please ensure your spreadsheet is saved in .xls
or .txt
(Tab Delimited) format.
Alternatively, customers can be individually added via WebManager > Customers > Add Customer.

๐ Accessing the Edit Customers Interface
Steps:

Log into WebManager

Go to Customers
-
Select Edit Customers
Column headers such as Customer Name and IsDeleted match those in the Import Customers Template. Use filters on each column to quickly find specific records.

To update customer info:

Click the cell you want to change

Enter your updates

Click outside the cell โ a red marker appears in the corner indicating unsaved changes

Click the ๐ด Save Changes button

To discard changes, refresh your browser

When ready, click the โ Push Data Live button to publish updates
๐ก Tip: Before big changes, export your current customer data for backup:Manage Data > Export Data > Export Customers
Anytime you use one of our templates, certain columns should always remain on the spreadsheet: key identifiers (such as Customer Number) and isDeleted.ย
๐น Note: We do not recommend updating customer numbers unless it is absolutely necessary.
