Setting a Market Name for a sales rep ensures that any order they write going forward will automatically include that Market Name. This makes it easier to segment data for reporting π and quickly identify which orders were written at each Market.
Go to: WebManager β Sales Reps β Set Market Name
β Set a Market Name
- Select the checkbox next to the rep(s) whose Market Name you want to set
- In the Enter Market Name field, type the desired Market Name
- Click Set Market Name for Selected Reps when finished

β Remove a Market Name
Select the checkbox next to the rep(s) whose Market Name you want to remove
Leave the Enter Market Name field blank or enter a new market name to replace the existing one
Click Set Market Name for Selected Reps to clear it
πΉ Note: To remove a Market Name from the Market dropdown in Orders, you must first delete all orders that currently use that Market Name.

Q. Does changing a Market Name update past orders?
A. No, market names update only apply to orders written after the change is made.
Q. Can multiple reps share the same Market Name?
A. YesβMarket Names are not unique. You can assign the same name to as many reps as needed.
Q. What happens if I donβt set a Market Name?
A. Orders will simply be saved without a Market Name, and you can still edit or assign one manually if needed.
Q. Can Market Names be removed any other way?
A. You can also add or remove Market Names individually from the View/Edit Sales Reps screen.
