Showroom Mode is a special function that allows sales reps to access all customers within your company’s portfolio—without the need to assign specific customers to each rep. This feature is especially useful in market settings, where reps may be assisting customers who are not typically assigned to them.
When a rep is in Showroom Mode:
-
They can view all customers.
-
They will only see the orders they have written—orders placed by other reps will not be visible.
🔹 Note: Badge Scanning requires Showroom Mode to be enabled in order to function properly.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q. What happens if I don't enable Showroom Mode for my reps?
A. Reps will only be able to access customers assigned to them. In a market setting, this could limit their ability to write orders for walk-ins or customers typically handled by other reps.
Q. Can reps see each other’s orders in Showroom Mode?
A. No. Even in Showroom Mode, reps can only view the orders they have placed themselves. This helps maintain data privacy and clean order tracking.
Q. Why is badge scanning not working?
A. Make sure Showroom Mode is enabled for the rep. Without it, badge scanning functionality will not activate.
Q. Can I enable Showroom Mode temporarily?
A. Yes. You can turn Showroom Mode on or off at any time in WebManager. It’s common to enable it around market dates and disable it afterward.
Q. Do I need to push data live after enabling it?
A. Yes. You must click Push Data Live after making changes to ensure they take effect on the app.
