Keeping your billing information up to date is essential for several key reasons: It helps prevent transaction declines, supports identity verification, and reduces the risk of fraud. It also ensures accurate records for tax and shipping purposes.
To update your billing contact in WebManager:
Step 1: Log into WebManager
Step 2: From the the left navigation bar, go to Billing
Step 3: Click the Add Contact button in the top right corner and enter the contact information
Step 4: Click Submit
🔹 Note: The Main Contact listed on the left should always be accurate. Please ensure this information is kept up to date.
To delete a contact, click the grey “x” next to their name in the Accounting Contact List.
