We keep billing simple for sales rep licenses—you only pay for what you need.
Additional services, such as integrations, flipbook page counts, B2B Direct, ShopZio, tenant services, booth or showroom space, and transaction fees, may incur extra charges.

🖥 Software License Fee
You’re charged a licensing fee to grant permission for the use of our software.
🔹 Note: Sales reps are required to have a Standard License to use the RepZio iOS app and to be able to submit orders. A Basic License will only allow a sales rep to log in via our WebApp at app.repzio.com to browse products.
⚠️ Important: Licenses are billed based on the total you have added, not the number assigned. If you have 20 licenses but only 10 assigned, you will still be billed for 20. If you no longer need the licenses, reduce your license count — refunds are not provided for unused licenses. Ensure that you reduce your license count before the monthly billing goes out to avoid paying for unused licenses.
👥 Adding Sales Reps
When you add sales reps into WebManager for RepZio, you’ll be charged monthly for each license.
📅 Pro-Rated Charges
If you add a rep mid-month, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount based on your license fee.
Example
If your billing cycle is on the 20th of each month:
Adding a rep on the 10th → You’ll be charged only for the remaining days until the 20th.
Once the new billing cycle starts on the 21st → You’ll be charged the full license amount for that rep.
💡 Tip: To keep your account up to date and avoid credit holds, we recommend enrolling in auto-billing through your FreshBooks account.
