β Steps to Cancel Your Account
To submit your cancellation request, please follow the steps below:
Step 1
Submit Your Request π©
Email your Digital Account Manager and/or support@andmore.com with the following information:
- A written request to cancel your account
- The reason for cancellation
Step 2
Confirm Account Balance Status π³
Before we can process your cancellation, you must verify that your account has no outstanding balance.

πΉ Note: Any past due balances not in dispute must be paid in full before we proceed with the cancellation.
Step 3
Remove All Sales Reps π₯
Log in to WebManager and follow these steps:
- Go to Sales Reps β View/Edit Sales Reps
- Click the trash can icon ποΈ next to each representative to remove them
Step 4
Remove All Licenses π§Ύ
- In WebManager, go to Sales Reps β Manage Licenses
- Remove all assigned licenses
Step 5
Export Any Necessary Data π
Once your account is canceled, all product and account data will be permanently deleted, unless your account is connected to an exhibitor at one of our physical markets.
β οΈ Important: Billing will continue as normal until Steps 1β4 are fully completed. π
Once all steps are completed, our Accounting and Leadership Teams will begin the final cancellation process.
β οΈ Important: As a reminder, cancellation of your online services does not relieve you of any outstanding financial obligations. Any past due invoices or unpaid balances on your account remain due in full, even after services have been cancelled. Account closure or service termination does not constitute a waiver or forgiveness of debt, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of any unpaid amounts in accordance with our Terms of Service.

A. No, all cancellation steps must be fully completed before your request is processed and billing is stopped.

Q. Will I still owe anything after my account is closed?
A. Yes, any unpaid invoices will remain due. Failure to pay may result in the account being sent to collections.
