When you try and import sales orders into QuckBooks and get the following error:
This is caused by QuickBooks not running in Admin mode. Please do the following:
- Shutdown Quickbooks. Restart the computer.
- When the computer comes back on, Start Quickbooks by right clicking on the quickbooks icon and using the menu option "run as administrator"
- Now run the data utility to import sales orders into the system
