To use certain features in the RepZio iOS App—such as sending order copies, tear sheets, and other email-based communications—you must have an email account properly configured in the Apple Mail app  on your device.
If Mail is not set up correctly, these features may not work as expected.

âť“ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. Why am I unable to send email copies?
A.Your email account may not be set up correctly, or you might have been logged out. Reopen the Settings app and follow the setup instructions above to ensure your Mail app is properly configured.
Q. Can I use an alternative mail app instead of Apple Mail?
A. No, RepZio currently only supports Apple Mail. Using a third-party mail app will prevent features like sending order copies, tear sheets, and files from working.
