At this time, we recommend sales reps to update their iOS devices to the most current (iOS 26); however, the Windowed Mode feature should remain disabled for a better user experience. This feature is included with iOS 26 so it must be disabled manually. See video below on disabling the Windowed Mode feature.

At this time, the key point to note is that the Windowed Mode feature is tied to the iOS 26 release, which is expected mid-September 2025 (around September 15, according to online sources).

With the upcoming release of iOS 26, weβve identified a new setting that affects the RepZio app when using the new Windowed Mode feature. Enabling this setting may cause display and functionality problems within the app.
To avoid disruptions, we strongly recommend:
Do not enable Windowed Mode while using RepZio.
Turn off automatic iOS updates to prevent your device from upgrading to iOS 26 before you're ready.
