The Copy Order function allows you to duplicate an existing order, update key details (like PO #, freight terms, or order type), and modify items or quantities as needed. You can copy any order type set up for your manufacturer.
💡 When to Use Copy Order
Scenario:
Your client, ABC, was interested in two lamps, five sofas, and three chairs. You submitted the order as a quote while they confirmed inventory. Now that they’ve approved it, you can quickly copy the original quote, update the order type, and resubmit—without rebuilding it from scratch.
📌 Tip: Always double-check the Order Type before submitting. Many manufacturers will not process quotes as final orders.
