✅ How to Submit an Order (iPad or iPhone App)
Step 1
Log in to the RepZio iOS App on your iPad
Step 2
Select the manufacturer you’re ordering from
Step 3
Tap Clients, then select the appropriate customer. Alternatively, you tap tap Browse to view products without pricing—you can assign a customer once you start a cart.

Tap a category to begin browsing

🛒 Add or remove products from your cart:
Tap ➕ to add items
Tap ➖ to remove items
Tap the quantity field to enter a specific number using the keypad
🔹 Note: Some brands require minimums or multiples per item.
Step 6
Tap the shopping cart icon 🛍️ to review your order:
Swipe left and tap Delete to remove an item
Tap an item to edit quantity or notes
Step 7
Fill in all required order information:
PO Number
Ship Via / Ship Date / Cancel Date
Any applicable notes
🚫 Never enter credit card numbers in the Order Notes—this information will be wiped for security reasons.
→ 💳 If a credit card is needed and you don’t see the Capture Credit Card option, contact your brand admin.
→ 📦 Double-check that billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email are valid and complete.
Step 8
Tap Submit Order
If an Order Details pop-up appears, ensure information on the order is correct and tap Next until you get to a screen that allows you to tap Submit Order again. This pop-up appears because of a setting enabled on the backend that will split orders based on a products catalog code.
Step 9
Tap Yes to finalise, or No to go back and review

Tap OK to confirm the order was submitted successfully 🎉
🔹 Note: Each order can contain a maximum of 500 items. If your order exceeds this, please remove items until you're within the limit.

🔁 One Open Cart
If there's one open cart for a client, RepZio will automatically add new items as you browse.
🔀 Multiple Open Carts
To add to a specific cart:
Go to the Clients tab and select the client
Scroll to the Orders section
Tap the open cart you'd like to use
Tap Done to return to the product list
Add more products as usual
Tap the shopping cart icon to review and submit
❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. Why do I only see a blank white screen when I log in to RepZio?
A. 🛑 A blank white screen typically indicates that your RepZio user account does not have the correct license assigned. Without the proper license, the app cannot load your brand's data.
➡️ Solution: Contact your brand administrator and ask them to confirm that:
Your email is correctly associated with the brand
A valid license has been assigned to your user account
Your device has synced properly with the latest updates
If you’ve just been added as a user, try logging out, force closing the app, and logging back in after your license has been assigned.
Q. Can I use both the iOS and Web App versions of RepZio?
A. ✅ Yes. Reps with a standard (paid) license can use both the iOS App and the Web App to submit orders, browse products, and manage clients.
📱 iOS App (iPad recommended): Offers the most complete and intuitive experience, including offline functionality, product image swiping, and interactive presentations.
💻 Web App (app.repzio.com): Best used on a desktop or laptop browser. You must first select a client before browsing or placing an order. This version is useful when working remotely or without access to your iPad.
📝 Please note that some advanced features (like barcode scanning or order presentations) are only available on the iOS App.
Q. Can I use RepZio on both iPhone and iPad?
A. Yes, you can install the RepZio iOS App on both devices. However:
📱 iPhone: Best for quick lookups or small orders. The smaller screen limits visibility, and some workflows (like order review) may feel condensed.
💻 iPad: The recommended device for the full RepZio experience. It offers better navigation, product visuals, and ordering tools, especially when presenting to clients.
💡 Tip: Always keep your iOS updated and sync the app regularly to ensure accurate data and inventory.
Q. Why am I not receiving order confirmation emails after submitting orders?
A. 📧 RepZio automatically sends confirmation emails from donotreply@repzio.com immediately after order submission, but there are a few reasons you might not receive them:
✅ Check these first:
Look in your spam/junk or “Promotions” folders
Add donotreply@repzio.com to your email contacts or whitelist
Make sure the customer email address on the order is valid and correctly entered
👤 Brand Admin Settings:
Some brands choose to disable email confirmations or route them only to certain recipients. If you believe you should be receiving confirmations but aren’t, reach out to your brand administrator to verify notification settings or request a resend.
Q. I don’t have an iOS device. Can I still use RepZio?
A. Yes! You can access RepZio via any web browser by logging into the Web App at app.repzio.com.
🔑 Important differences from the iOS App:
You must select a client first before browsing products
Some features like scanning barcodes or offline access are not available
The interface is optimised for desktop/laptop screens, not mobile devices
💡 The Web App is a great alternative if you're working from a non-Apple device or don’t have your iPad with you.
Q. My cart won’t submit. What could be wrong?
A. 🚫 Several factors can prevent an order from being submitted. Please review the following checklist:
✅ All required fields are completed (PO #, ship date, etc.)
✅ Bill to/Ship to addresses are filled in
✅ A valid email and phone number exist on the customer’s profile
✅ The order does not exceed 500 line items
If everything looks correct but you're still unable to submit the order:
Try closing and reopening the app
Confirm you’re connected to the internet
Sync the app and try again
📞 If the issue persists, contact your brand admin for further assistance.
Q. Can I see product pricing before selecting a customer?
A. 🛒 No — RepZio requires you to assign a customer before showing pricing. This is because:
Prices may vary by customer tier or pricing group
Some products may not be available to all customers
Once a client is selected, you’ll see accurate pricing based on that customer’s profile and assigned terms.
Q. Can I enter special requests or notes in the order?
A. 📝 Yes — you can use the Order Notes field for special instructions, such as delivery preferences, packing requests, or general comments.
🚫 Do NOT enter:
Credit card numbers
Sensitive customer data
Payment information
⚠️ Important: If credit card capture is required and the option is not available, please contact your brand’s Admin for assistance. For the security of your customer's personal information, do not enter credit card numbers into the Order Notes section. Any notes containing credit card numbers—or sequences that resemble them—will be automatically stripped from the order.
Storing or transmitting sensitive payment data in this way violates PCI Compliance and may result in penalties, fines, or account suspension.
Q. Can orders be imported through Excel or Google Sheets?
A. No, orders can not be imported into the RepZio app through an Excel spreadsheet or Google Sheets, etc.
