You can delete an unsubmitted order in the RepZio iOS App in two ways:
1️⃣ From the Recents (Recent Activity) tab
2️⃣ From the Clients tab
🔹 Note: Only unsubmitted orders can be deleted from the app. Once deleted, the action cannot be undone or retrieved.
📦 Submitted orders cannot be deleted in the app since they’ve already been submitted to the system. To cancel or void a submitted order, contact your brand admin directly.
🧭 Delete an Order from the Recents Tab
- Select the manufacturer
- Tap Recents
- Locate the unsubmitted order within the Unsubmitted Orders section
- Swipe Left
on the order
- Tap Delete
👥 Delete an Order from the Clients Tab
- Select the manufacturer
- Tap Clients
- Locate the client for which you want to delete an order
- Scroll down to the Order section
- Locate the unsubmitted order and tap it
- Swipe Left
on the order
- Tap Delete

Q. Can I recover a deleted order?
A. No, once an unsubmitted order is deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored.
Q. Can I delete a submitted order?
A. Submitted orders are locked in the system. You’ll need to reach out to your brand admin to have the order canceled or voided.
Q. Will deleting an order affect my client’s account?
A. No, deleting an unsubmitted order only removes that draft order. Your client’s information and other submitted orders remain unaffected.
