Need to create more than one order for a client? Perhaps your client has multiple locations or requires separate orders. Follow these steps to manage multiple orders efficiently:
π Create Multiple Orders (Current App Versions)
Select the client from the Clients button
Start adding desired products to create the first order or skip to Step 4 to create multiple orders at the same time within the app
Return to the client page and scroll down to the Orders section in the lower-left corner
Tap the New Order button
Enter a PO # and tap Create Order
You can repeat this step as many times as necessary to create multiple orders.
To select which order to add items to, tap the desired unsubmitted order in the Orders section to make it the active order.

Q. Can I add items to different orders for the same client simultaneously?
A. No, you can only add items to the active order. Toggle between orders in the Orders section to switch which one is active.
Q. What happens if I submit an order before finishing others?
A. Each order is submitted separately. Submitting one order does not affect your other unsubmitted orders.
Q. Can I use letters in a PO Number?
A. Yes, PO Numbers can include letters, numbers, or a combination.
Q. How do I know which order is currently active?
A. The active order is highlighted in list view or shows the word ACTIVE in the red box (older versions).
