Submit an Order
Follow the steps below to submit an order in the RepZio iOS or Web App.
Step 1
Log into the RepZio iOS App on iPad
Step 2
Select the manufacturer
Step 3
Tap clients and then select the appropriate client

Or, tap browse to view products without price. You will be able to assign a customer once you create an open cart.
Step 4
Tap the category in which you want to browse
Step 5
Add and/or remove products from your cart while on the product listing page or the display page for an item:

To add products, tap the + symbol

To remove products, tap the - symbol
You can also tap the quantity field, which will pull up a numerical keypad to enter a specific quantity. Please note: brands may require a minimum or multiple quantity to be ordered.
Step 6
Tap the shopping cart icon

Review all items in the shopping cart for accuracy before submitting the order.

To remove an item within your cart, swipe left and tap delete.

To update the item, tap on the item and update in the pop-up screen
Step 7
Enter all applicable order information (e.g. PO #, Ship Via/Ship Date/Cancel Date, etc.)
DO NOT enter credit card numbers (or anything similar to a credit card number) into the Order Notes section as they will get stripped out. If a credit card is required to submit the order and the "Capture Credit Card" option is not available, contact the Admin for the brand.

Ensure that your bill to/ship to addresses and contact information is accurate and complete. If you are missing information, you will not be able to submit your order. All customers should have a valid phone number and email address on their client page as well.

Tap ‘Submit Order’
Step 9
- Tap 'Yes' to finalise and submit the order. Continue to Step 10 below.
- Or, tap 'no' to go back and review the order
Step 10
Tap 'Ok' to acknowledge the order was submitted
Please Note: The maximum number of line items (separate items) that can exist on a single order is 500. If this limit is surpassed, any line items over that 500 threshold will need to be removed from the order before it can be submitted.

Need to add items to an open cart / unsubmitted order?
Add Items to an Open Cart (when you have one open cart)
The system will automatically add items to an open cart for the client. To add additional items to an open cart for a client, simply add the items as you normally would when creating an order.
Add Items to an Open Cart (when you have multiple open carts)
The system will automatically add to the most recent open cart. Follow the steps below to add items to a specific open cart.
Step 1
Select the client on the Clients tab
Step 2
Scroll to the 'Orders' section of the clients profile page
Step 3
Tap the open cart to which you want to add items. This will then open the cart page to review items already in the cart. Tap 'Done' in the upper left corner.
Step 4
Locate the items you want to add to the cart and add as you normally would do so for an order. Add all additional items desired.
Step 5
Tap the shopping cart icon to review items in the cart and submit the order.

Q. When I log into the RepZio, I only see a blank, white screen. How do I proceed is placing orders for clients?
A. If you log into the RepZio iOS and see a blank, white screen you likely do not have the appropriate license assigned to you. Please contact your brand admin to review and update your license.
Q. I have the appropriate, standard (paid) license for RepZio, am I able to use the iOS and Web App?
A. Yes, with a standard (paid) license, a rep may use either the RepZio iOS or Web App. Please note: the web app does not offer the same experience as the iOS app for iPad or iPhone. The preferred device for RepZio is iPad.
Q. Am I able to use RepZio on an iPad and iPhone?
A. Yes, with a standard (paid) license, reps may install the RepZio iOS App on iPad and/or iPhone. However, the experience on an iPhone is limited due to the space available on the screen. The preferred device for the RepZio iOS App is iPad.
Q. Why am I not receiving order confirmation emails?
A. Order confirmation emails may or may not be sent depending upon how the brand has setup these notifications. Please check with your brand's admin if you believe you should be receiving order confirmations.
Order confirmation emails come from "donotreply@repzio.com" and are almost always sent immediately upon order submission through our email provider. To ensure prompt delivery of emails, whitelist or add "donotreply@repzio.com" as a contact.
Please check your spam/junk mailboxes if you are unable to locate an order confirmation. Reach out to your brand's admin(s) if you are unable to locate the order confirmation and the admin can resend the confirmation.
Q. I do not have an iOS device, how can I use RepZio?
A. The RepZio iOS device is available ONLY on Apple iOS devices. If you do not use or have an iOS device, you may login via our Web App via web browser at app.repzio.com. Please note: the user experience differs in the online version than on an iOS device. Reps must first select a client and then browse products to add items to an order.
