Real-time orders provide a useful snapshot, but they may not always be 100% accurate β οΈ. We recommend using them as a starting point, rather than relying solely on this section when reviewing orders.

Click the Email Rep button βοΈ to send a targeted email.
In the Order Inquiry pop-up, enter a catchy subject line and compelling message to motivate your rep to return to the app and submit their orders.

As an admin, you can also submit or delete a real-time order on behalf of a rep:
Click on the customer π€.
Click Place Order β to submit, or Delete β to remove the unsubmitted order.

A. Delete unsubmitted orders cannot be undone. Always double-check before deleting.
Q. Will unsubmitted orders transfer if a rep gets a new device?
A. No, they stay only on the device where they were created and sync with WebManager for an admin.

A. While you cannot customise the entire email, you can add an attention-grabbing subject line and personalised comments to encourage reps to submit their orders.
