Navigate to WebManager → Orders → View Orders

Select the order’s OrderID
Step 3
Click the field you’d like to update and make your changes

A. No, customers aren’t automatically notified. Send a manual update if you need to communicate changes.

A. You can choose to apply a discount to the full order or to individual line items.
Q. Is there a time limit for making edits?
A. There is no time limit to edit orders within WebManager. However, edits should be made anytime before the order is finalised or before transmitting to an ERP system.
