If you are having trouble submitting an order via RepZio after entering the required info on the order preview screen, it could be due to the fact that the customer information is missing on the customer profile. Click the gear in the upper right corner of the order, choose Edit Client. Add the missing info there as well and save.
*You may have edited the customer information directly on the Order Preview screen. Doing this will not suffice for completing the order. You must also follow the steps previously mentioned.
