Your password is a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters. To keep your account secure, choose a strong, unique password that is not easy to guess. We also recommend resetting your password periodically as a security best practice.
🔹 Note: When your account was first created, your brand admin set a temporary password for you.
🔄 iPad App Password Reset
Follow the steps below to reset your password on the iPad app:
Step 1
Tap Forgot Password? on the login screen
Step 2
Enter your email address
Step 3
Tap Reset Password, then tap OK in the pop-up message
Step 4
Open your email and locate the 'RepZio iPad App' email
Step 5
Tap Reset Password
Step 6
Enter your email address (if not auto-populated) AND enter (re-enter) a new password
Step 7
Tap Reset Password, close the window and login on the iPad app with your email and new password.
🔹 Note: Changing your password in the iPad app will also change your password in the Web App.
💻 Web App Password Reset
Follow these steps to reset your password on the Web App:
Step 1
Click Forgot Password? on the login screen
Step 2
Enter your email address and click Reset
Step 3
Open your inbox and look for an email from RepZio with the subject line Requested Information
Step 4
Within the email click Reset Password
Step 5
Enter your new password and re-enter it, then click Reset Password
Step 6
Completely close the browser and then navigate back to app.repzio.com

A. The password requirements that are required to setup your account are listed below.
Password Requirements
- 8+ characters
- At least 1 number (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0)
- At least 1 uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, C)
- At least 1 lowercase letter (e.g. a, b, c)
- At least 1 special character (e.g. !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, etc.)
Q. Why am I receiving an error message when setting up my password?
A. If you login through the password reset, you may be taken to a screen that says "this salesreps-login.repzio.com page can't be found'.
Never fear, close this page and then navigate back to app.repzio.com to login OR log into the iOS app on your iPad or iPhone.
