A bookmark helps you tag key items you want to easily return to later β and bookmarks are client-specific. Bookmarking also allows you to quickly email selected products to a client in a tear sheet.
π Add a Bookmark in the App
Follow the steps below to bookmark items within the RepZio app.
Step 1
Select your manufacturer, then tap Clients
Step 2
Scroll to the client for whom you want to bookmark an item
Step 3
Select the desired category and/or use the search function to find the item(s) to be bookmarked.
πΉ Note: On iPhone devices, select Products, then choose a category and/or search for the item(s) to be bookmarked.
Step 4
Tap the bookmark icon (hollow)Β Β to save the item
- Once an item has been successfully bookmarked, the icon will change to solidΒ
Step 5
Return to the Clients page, then scroll down to the Orders section to review the bookmarked items for this client.
At this stage, you may also want to create aΒ tear sheet to send items to a customer for review.Β

π¦ Bookmarking All Items on an Order
You can bookmark all items on an order while the cart is still open.
Step 1
From the open cart, tap the gear symbolΒ Β and scroll to the bottom of the list
Step 2
Tap Bookmark All Order Items

Q. Can I bookmark all items after an order has been submitted?
A. No, the Bookmark All Order Items option must be used before submitting the order. Once an order is submitted, items can no longer be bookmarked in bulk.
