Send Files are documents, spreadsheets, or other materials uploaded by your brand admin(s) for you to easily share with clients.

π Update a Current Send File
From time to time, a brand may update the files currently loaded into the system. When this happens, the system should automatically prompt you with a New Files Available message. Simply follow the on-screen prompt to update.
π Manually Refresh Files
To manually refresh your files:
- Tap the refresh icon
next to the cloud icon

- A pop-up will appear. Tap Yes to refresh your files.
This ensures you always have the latest versions available for sharing.

If your client receives an error when opening a Send File, it may be due to a formatting issue or corruption on the backend. Reach out to your brand admin(s) for assistance.

A. Yes, you can tap to select multiple files to send in a single email. Please note that whether an email can be sent successfully depends on your email provider. Many providers limit the total file size or number of attachments allowed per message, and large emails may sometimes be flagged as spam.
