If your client is unable to see product images in a Tear Sheet or Order receipt.
If you have photos for the products in RepZio, the next thing to check is whether their email program is blocking images.
Many email programs do not download images automatically, in an effort to protect the user.
Outlook
When viewing an email, if images have been blocked you will see something similar to the following screen shot:
Clicking on the message will give you options:
- Download Images
- Change automatic Download Setting
- Add Sender to Blocked Senders List
- Adding Sender to a Safe Senders List
Each version of Outlook may be different, but there will be the option to enable the display of images sent by RepZio
Gmail
When viewing an email, if images have been blocked you will see something similar to the following screen shot:
Clicking on the message will give you options:
- Display images below
- Always display images from donotreply@repzio.comIf you have forwarded an email from your own iPad or computer, then the user may also not see images and will have to allow images to be displayed depending upon what the sending email address is.
- Yahoo, AOL, Thunderbird and many other email programs will have similar protection features, and may need adjusting to allow images to display.
