Tags allow you to create custom product groupings that can be showcased to clients. Common use cases include highlighting clearance items, holiday promotions, trade show exclusives, or upcoming releases. Sales reps can also create their own tags within the RepZio iOS App.
Tags can be created manually in WebManager or in bulk using the Import Tags Template.

Log into WebManager and navigate to:
WebManager > Products > Manage Tags

๐ Create a Tag in WebManager
To create a new tag:

Go to WebManager > Products > Manage Tags > Create New Tag

Enter a unique tag name

Set the Tag Order (numerical only, starting from 1)

This controls the tagโs display order

Choose a Display On value: All, B2B, or iPad

We recommend selecting All

(Optional) Add a Description
-
Enter at least one valid ItemID to associate a product with the tag

This ItemID must exactly match a product in your catalog

You can remove or add more products later using the Add Products dropdown

๐ Merge Tags
To merge multiple tags into one:

Click Merge Tags

Select the tags you'd like to merge

Click Merge Tags again to confirm

Select the tag you want to rename

Click Rename This Tag

Enter the new tag name

Click Rename Tag to save your changes

Select the tag you wish to remove

Click Delete Tag

Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window

How to Access

Click into any editable cell to make changes
