Within WebManager, administrators can utilise the Browse feature to view category and product setups at a high level. Upon opening this section, you will see the parent categories. Selecting a parent category will reveal its associated sub-categories and then finally the products within those categories.
πΉ Note: Products that are not assigned to any category will not appear in the RepZio app, B2B Direct, or ShopZio marketplace.
From this view, products can be viewed, edited, or removed. To view detailed information about a product, simply click on the product image.
To edit a product, click the Edit Options icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will take you to the product detail screen where quick modifications can be made. Once your edits are complete, be sure to click Save Changes to apply and save your updates.
To remove a product from the current category, click Remove.

- This action only removes the product from the selected category, not from your entire account.

If the product exists in other categories, it will remain in those.

If the product does not exist in any other categories, it will be moved to the Uncategorised section within WebManager.
Upon clicking Remove, a confirmation popup will appear. To proceed, click Delete item from [category name] button, or select Cancel to abort the action.

Q. How can I generate a list of all uncategorised items?
A. To generate a list of all uncategorised items, go to WebManager > Manage Data > Export Data.
πΉ Note: Child products, which are often left uncategorised by design, will appear in the export. Assigning a category to a child product will cause it to appear in the app as an individual product.
Q. Why are some products not appearing in the app or site?

Q. Can I assign a product to multiple categories?
A. Yes, products can be assigned to multiple categories. This allows the same product to appear under different sections within the app or on the marketplace. You can assign a product to multiple categorises through a product import or within WebManager > Products > Products Quick Edit.
Q. What happens if I remove a product from all categories?
A. If a product is removed from all categories, it will automatically be moved to the Uncategorised section within WebManager. It will no longer be visible in the RepZio app, B2B Direct, or ShopZio marketplace until it is assigned to at least one category.
Q. How do I make quick edits to a product?
A. Click the Edit Options icon located in the upper-right corner of the product card. This opens the product detail screen where you can make and save quick edits using the Save Changes button.
Q. How can I permanently delete a product?
A. Permanently deleting items is not available within the system. If you would like to wipe specific products from your collection, please contact Support for assistance.
