β FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q: Can I create Customer Special Pricing directly within WebManager?
A: No. You must first use the Import Customer Special Pricing template. After importing the data, youβll be able to make minor edits directly within WebManager.
Q: Is Customer Special Pricing the same as Special Price?
A: No. Customer Special Pricing applies a custom price for a specific product and customer, with defined start and end dates.
Special Price, on the other hand, is typically used for general sales or markdowns, not customer-specific pricing.
πΉ Note: Customer Special Pricing will override the assigned price level and will display as the actual item price. Customers will only see the special pricing youβve configured.
Q: How is Customer Special Pricing displayed across platforms?
A: Customer Special Pricing is shown as the productβs current price to front-end users, with no visible reference to the original or standard price.
