“Customer Special Pricing” is a feature of the RepZio system that allows users to create temporary pricing conditions for specific products and customers. For example: let’s assume that you run an apparel company, and you offer a promotional discount on men’s wear if a customer spends more than $5,000 with your company. When a customer has met that condition, you can use Customer Special Pricing to create the men’s wear discount for that customer, and even set it to expire on a certain date. You can read more about this feature and how to set it up here (link, but need to write article first).
The “Customer Special Pricing” function in the WebManager allows you to review the special pricing conditions you have created for your customers and lightly edit them. To access this feature, log into the WebManager, click on “Products” followed by “Customer Special Pricing”. This will take you to the following screen:
“Customer Special Pricing” offers a spreadsheet-like interface that has the same headers as the template of the same name:
Is Deleted – This column determines whether the Customer Special Pricing is active or not. Select “True” to deactivate it.
Customer Number – This column displays which customer the special pricing is for. This column cannot be edited in the WebManager.
ItemID – This field shows which product the special pricing affects. This column cannot be edited within the WebManager.
Special Price – This is the temporary pricing you have created for the product. This cannot be edited in the WebManager.
Start Date – This column displays when the special pricing first went into effect. This cannot be edited in the WebManager.
End Data – This field displays when the special pricing will expire. This cannot be edited within the WebManager.
To edit a cell, click on it and make any necessary changes. Once you have made your change, a red triangle will appear in the upper left-hand corner of the cell. This symbol means that a change has been made within the cell. A red “Save Changes” will also appear in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Make sure to click on the “Save Changes” button to save your work after you’re done editing. Lastly, you will need to push data live to make your changes official.
