RepZio makes it easy to write container orders, helping you save time and streamline bulk purchasing. Before using this feature, let’s make sure everything is set up correctly.
Follow the steps below to get started:
🔧 Step 1: Add Container Pricing to a Price Level
We'll use PriceLevel2 as an example for container pricing. Populate the PriceLevel2
column with your container pricing in your product data sheet. You can do this by:
-
Creating a new product import template, or
-
Opening your existing product spreadsheet and filling in the
PriceLevel2
column
🔹 Note: This pricing will be used for container-specific orders in the app.
🏭 Step 2: (Optional) Set the Source Column
To help organise products by factory or origin, you can use the Source
column to indicate where each product comes from.
🔹 Note: This is helpful if you want to filter by Factory or Location during the order process. That way, you won’t accidentally build a container order from two different factories.
🔢 Step 3: Define Minimum Container Quantity
Populate the ContainerMinQty
column with the minimum quantity a customer must order for container shipping.
For example:
-
Standard orders may only require 1 or 2 units
-
Container orders might require a minimum of 50 or 100 units, depending on your policy
📤 Step 4: Upload Your Product File
Once you've filled in the required columns:
-
Upload your updated Products spreadsheet into WebManager
🛠️ Step 5: Update Your Price Name Settings
To make your pricing easier to understand in the app:
-
Go to Settings > Global Settings > Price Name Settings in WebManager
-
Enter a clear name for PriceLevel2 (e.g., “Container Price”)
-
Click Save Changes at the bottom
🔄 Step 6: Push Your Data Live
After saving your settings:
-
Click Push Data Live to send the changes to your RepZio app.
✅ Step 7: Start Using Container Orders
Log in to the app and go to the Container Order screen—you’re all set! 🙌
❓FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. Do I have to use PriceLevel2 for container pricing?
A. No, you can use any available price level. Just make sure you consistently assign your container pricing to the same one and update your Price Name Settings accordingly so it’s easy to identify in the app.
Q. What happens if I don’t set a ContainerMinQty
?
A. If the ContainerMinQty
is left blank, the system won’t enforce a minimum quantity when placing a container order. We recommend setting a minimum to prevent errors or under-ordering.
Q. Can I use the Source
column for filtering even if I’m not placing container orders?
A. Yes! The Source
column is a flexible field that lets you group and filter products by factory, location, or other custom identifiers—useful beyond just container orders.
Q. Will these changes affect my regular product pricing?
A. No. Container pricing will only be applied when using the container order screen and referencing the specific price level (e.g., PriceLevel2). Your standard pricing (Base Price, PriceLevel1, etc.) will remain unchanged.
Q. What if my sales reps don’t see the container pricing in the app?
A. Make sure you’ve done the following:
-
Updated the Price Name Settings
-
Clicked Push Data Live
-
Had the sales reps log out and log back into the app
Q. Can I update container pricing for multiple products at once?
A. Yes! You can bulk update container pricing and minimum quantities using the product import template. Just be sure to follow the correct formatting and save your changes before uploading.
