Decide how many UDF fields (user-defined fields) you want to use (up to 5: UDF16–20)

Navigate to: WebManager → Settings → Global Settings → Text Inputs
Step 3
In the UDF Labels text box, name your filters using commas (no spaces) in the correct order

How to Do It:

Export your product file from: WebManager → Manage Data → Export Data → Export Products
Step 2
In the Product Template, fill in UDF16–UDF20 with your filter values.
- If a product has multiple filter values, separate them with commas.
- Example:

Step 3
Upload the completed file to: WebManager → Manage Data → Upload Data Sheets → Products
