Tear sheets are a flexible tool that allows you to send product information directly from the RepZio app to any of your customers. You have the ability to send a tear sheet of an entire category of items. You may also choose to send a tear sheet of a single product, or you can create a custom tear sheet that will only display the products you want to show to your client.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to send a custom tear sheet:
- Tap the ribbon icon as shown below; the ribbon icon will become a reddish-orange once the item has been bookmarked
You can opt to send a PDF attachment through tear sheets as well. Follow the additional steps below to add a PDF document to the email.

After selecting the tear sheet icon , enter the email address for the recipient, subject line, and email message, tap the PDF icon to setup a PDF attachment.
Note: If you opt not to include a PDF attachment, simply ensure that your subject, email recipient's email address, and email message have been completed and then tap send.
The next screen will show several options:
Branding determines whether your company logo will be displayed or not within the tear sheet.
Pricing governs whether pricing information will be shown or not on the tear sheet. You may also select the price level for your customers to view if your organization utilizes more than one price level.
Please note that the recipient line and subject line must be filled out in order to send a tear sheet.

Add a document header for your PDF file. The top line is for the main title of the PDF file; the bottom line is a sub-title, which is optional. You will then need to select how your products will be displayed within the PDF file

Tap on the "Save & Attach" button in the very top right corner of your screen. This will take you back to the email you were working on:

Tap "Send" in the top right corner of your screen to send the email

Q. Is adding a PDF attachment required?
A. No
Q. Why is the app sending an entire category when I selected only a few items?
A. If your tear sheet sends an entire category versus only sending the selected items, you may have skipped step 3 above. To send only selected items via a tear sheet, go back to the client profile page and tap the bookmarks button , then create your tear sheet and email.
Q. Why is my email not sending?
A. The app requires an email account be setup on your tablet or mobile device through the Settings App. If you are unable to send the tear sheet email, go to the Settings > Mail > Accounts and check that your email accounts are properly setup and that you are still signed in.
Q. Can I send the entire category of products for a brand to a customer?
A. A brand would need to have setup an "All Items" category to send a tear sheet with all items. Please note too that large PDF documents may be blocked by a senders email as it may consider it spam or the file may be too large to email depending on the amount of products being sent. Consider sending multiple, smaller files if a brand has a large profile of products you are looking to send to a customer.
