Log into WebManager Admin
Click Products
Select Generate Labels
Under the Generate Labels pane:
Select a Label Type from the dropdown
Choose a Category from the Select Category dropdown, or manually enter ItemIDs:
As a horizontal list separated by commas (e.g.,
123,456,789)Or as a vertical list (one ItemID per line)
Click Refresh
In the Notification Email Settings section, enter an email address to be notified when the labels are ready
Optionally, give your label file a custom name
Click Generate Labels
Label generation may take a few minutes. When complete, your file will appear under the Generated Labels section.
Click the file name to open it as a PDF. From there, you can save or print using the correct label stock selected during setup.
⚠️ Important: To ensure smooth processing, keep label requests to 400 items or fewer per batch.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Misaligned Labels
If your labels aren’t printing correctly, it's likely due to your printer margin settings. Most printers can’t print edge-to-edge, and PDF viewers sometimes shrink pages to fit printable areas — which misaligns the labels.

Scale: Set to 100%
Page Scaling: Set to None (Do not use “Shrink to Printable Area” or “Fit to Printable Area”)
Auto Rotate and Center: Make sure this is unchecked
Select Page Using Document Size: Also unchecked
