π Steps to Set Up
Log in to WebManager
Select Settings βοΈ from the menu
When the Settings menu expands, choose Global Settings
From the available tabs, select Order Receipt Export Settings π

In the Order Receipt Export Settings tab:
Click the checkbox next to each column you want to appear in the exported order receipt.
βοΈ (Optional) Rename the column header if you want, but the data will still come from the correct column.
π (Optional) For the CBM column, select either CBM/Total CBM or CBF/Total CBF from the drop-down menu.
Click Save Changes πΎ

Q. Will this affect automatic order exports?
A. No, these settings only apply to manual Excel exports from WebManager.

Q. Can I rename a column and change the data it pulls?
A. No, renaming only changes the header text. The data will always come from the original column.

A. Make sure you are in the Order Receipt Export Settings tab. If the option is missing, contact support for assistance.
