RepZio App Settings refer to settings that directly impact the RepZio iOS App. These configurations only affect the app experience for your sales reps—not WebManager or customer-facing platforms.
RepZio App Settings are divided into four key sections. This article walks you through each one:
💸 Pricing Customisation
This section manages special pricing types and determines what pricing privileges sales reps can access.
Feature | What it Does | Requirements |
Allow Pricing Override | Allows a rep to override a price on an item | Toggle in WebManager |
Enable Volume Pricing | Allows volume pricing for products | Toggle in WebManager; Template; Only enable if using volume pricing |
Volume Pricing Group Column Name | Text value; name of volume pricing group | Text value; Only a UDF field column header name can be used; this field is not how you name general volume pricing in the app |
Enable Customer Special Pricing | Allows select customers to receive a unique price for a specific timeframe only | Toggle in WebManager; Template |
Enable Apply Discount | Allows a rep to add discounts from the scan items screen | Toggle in WebManager |
Prevent Global Discounts | Managed on sales rep details screen
Prevent Line Item Discounts | Managed on sales rep details screen
Prevent Order Price Level Changes | Used to prevent price level changes at the order level | Toggle in WebManager |
Default Price Level | Text value; used to determine your default price level | Text value; Default Price Level defines the pricing shown when neither a customer nor a specific price level is selected.
A value of “-1” means no prices will appear in the app (everything shows as $0.00) until a customer or price level is assigned. |
Sync Customer Special Pricing on Demand | Helps to speed up initial sync for customers with a large quantity of customer special pricing | Toggle in WebManager |
Use Client Catalog Pricing Dictionary | Feature no longer supported |

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. What happens if I enable Volume Pricing or Customer Special Pricing but don’t upload any data?
A. The settings won’t function correctly. You must upload the appropriate spreadsheets to activate these features.
Q. Why am I seeing $0.00 for all products in the app?
A. It likely means the “Default Price Level” is set to “-1” and no customer or price level has been selected yet.
Q. What are Child Items, and why don’t they show up in search?
A. Child Items are sub-products tied to a parent item (e.g., different sizes or colors). Make sure “Search Child Items” is enabled in the Advanced section for them to appear in search results.
Q. What’s a Multi-Line Account?
A. A Multi-Line Account allows reps to sell products from multiple brands or catalogs within the same app. If you're unsure whether this applies to your account, reach out to RepZio Support.
Q. Can I change Upcharge options after submitting an order?
A. Yes! Upcharges can be adjusted in WebManager even after an order has been submitted.
