Global Settings are system-wide configurations that apply across all your products and experiences in:

Global Settings are divided into five main sections:

📦 Order Settings
This section determines who gets a copy of each order submitted via the App.
Orders can be sent to:

📧 The Customer

👤 The Sales Rep
-
🏭 The Manufacturer (to the email listed in Account Settings)

The Customer (fax number from their Customer Template)

The Factory/Warehouse (fax number from Account Settings)
✅ A green button means the setting is active.
💲 Price Name Settings
Customise your price level names and currency display in this section.

Rename price levels to fit your business needs.

Use the currency dropdown (default is “USD”) to select a different symbol or type.

⚙️ Advanced Settings
These options are powerful and should only be enabled if you understand their impact.

🔍 Search Child Items – Lets users search for child products and uncategorized items.

🔄 Split Order on Catalog – Splits one order into multiple based on CatalogCode.

🧩 Enable Multiline – Used by Multi-Line manufacturers/agencies to set vendor-specific rules.

📍 Auto-Assign Sales Rep – Assigns reps to customers based on territory rules. Learn more

📝 Text Inputs
Use this section to create custom options for fields in the App’s Order Summary screen.
Example: Add custom payment terms like CreditCard,Net30,COD
(no spaces, use commas).
💡 These values will appear when sales reps tap the Terms field in the App. Character limit: 50.

📤 Order Receipt Export Settings
Enhance your Excel exports from Order Email Receipts.

Q. What happens if I enable a setting I don’t need?
A. Enabling unnecessary settings—especially in the Advanced section—can create confusion or errors for users. Only activate what’s relevant to your setup.
Q. Can I test these settings before they go live?
A. There’s no sandbox mode, so changes take effect immediately. It’s best to make adjustments outside of peak business hours and communicate changes with your team.
Q. I don’t know if I’m a Multi-Line account. What should I do?
A. If you're unsure, contact Support before enabling Multi-Line features.
Q. I clicked “Save Changes” but don’t see updates. Why?
A. Try refreshing the App or browser. If the issue persists, double-check that all required fields were filled before saving.
