The Default Price Level in WebManager controls which price tier is shown when browsing products in the RepZio iPad app without a customer selected. While this setting isn’t changed often, knowing where to find it can help you quickly troubleshoot if reps report incorrect pricing in Browse mode.
📍 Where to Find the Default Price Level Setting
-
Log into WebManager
-
Scroll down and click Settings
-
Select RepZio App Settings
-
Locate the Default Price Level — it’s the third option from the bottom on the left-hand menu.
💡 How the Default Price Level Works
This setting is especially helpful when a rep is meeting a new client and doesn't yet know their assigned pricing.
-
Default Price Level = -1
No prices are displayed in Browse mode (when no customer is selected).
🔹 Reps can still add products to the cart.
🔹 At checkout, they'll be prompted to assign the cart to a customer—either new or existing.
🔹 During new customer setup, a price level will be selected. -
Default Price Level = 0
Displays BasePrice when browsing without a selected customer. -
Default Price Level = 1, 2, 3, etc.
Displays pricing from the corresponding PriceLevel.
💡 Tip: If your company only uses one pricing tier (e.g., PriceLevel 0), set the Default Price Level to 0 so your reps always see prices—even when no customer is selected.
🔹 Note: The RepZio iOS app for iPhone does not support displaying a price level in Browse mode.
→ Additionally, the Web App requires a rep to select a customer before browsing, so the Default Price Level setting does not apply.
→ This setting also does not apply to B2B Direct or ShopZio sites.
